Elements Global Services rapidly expands its EOR and payroll services to 80 countries. It also officially launches its first international offices in the UK and India.

With an international workforce of 75 people, operations in 100 countries, and new offices opened in Barcelona, South Africa, and China, Elements Global Services launches ApprovPay — a cloud-based platform to efficiently and compliantly manage international HR and payrolls.

Elements Global Services completes raising capital of $20 million Series A with Guidepost Growth Equity to support its global expansion and technological investments. The company passes the figure of 100 international employees and its operations reach 135 countries, while moving its HQ to Chicago. 

Providing the perfect solution to the global business challenge of COVID-19, Elements Global Services experiences rapid growth and expands to over 250 employees and more than 150 countries served globally.

After completing a $200 million Series B capital raise with Sixth Street Global, Elements Global Services rebrands to Atlas HXM in conjunction with the launch of its Human Experience Management (HXM) platform — simplifying the operations of people globally with unified software and a unique ‘Glocal’ model. 
Atlas HXM is also named as a ‘Leader’ in Global Employer of Record Services by NelsonHall and Everest Group, as well as recognition from the Global Payroll Association in their EOR Organisation of the Year award.
