Compliance Training Rebuilt for a Global, Regulated Workforce
As both an Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) provider, Atlas HXM helps client companies across dozens of jurisdictions to manage payments, payroll, benefits, and local employment compliance. This cross-border, multi-country operation carries real regulatory weight, and it means internal compliance training can't be generic or easy to disengage from.
In 2025, Atlas HXM's Risk & Compliance and Learning & Development teams rebuilt the company's entire compliance curriculum from the ground up. The result was eight courses, covering:

These were designed and authored internally to reflect the specific risks of EOR operations: cross-border handling of client personally identifiable information, third-party screening for sanctions and bribery risk, and distributed, home-based work environments.
Delivered through Udemy with a mix of short video and article-based content, each course closes with a knowledge assessment requiring an 80% passing score, alongside electronic attestation of the relevant internal policy.
The program is mandatory for every employee annually, and for all new hires. In its first year under the redesigned curriculum, Atlas HXM reached 100% completion within a 10-week window — the fastest completion the company has achieved. The Security Awareness and Data Protection courses were also positively reviewed by an external ISO auditor as part of Atlas HXM's certification process, and the company has reported zero compliance incidents in the domains covered by the training since launch.
