Start by building a view around the payroll data your team actually uses. Add up to ten widgets, arrange them with drag-and-drop, and save the layout so it's there next time. Then narrow the detail: select only the payroll columns that matter to your business, including country-specific pay components where applicable.
Reports are organized into 14 data categories — Allowances and Bonuses among them — so each team can pull only the information it needs to report on or share with other teams. The platform is country-aware, too: components that don't apply, such as 13th or 14th month pay, won't appear for employees in countries where they aren't relevant.
Search, sort, and filter payroll invoices by status, payment date, employee count, and more from a centralized invoice register, making it easier to locate the information you need.
Track key payroll metrics, including total billed, outstanding invoices, average cost per employee, invoice trends, spend by currency, and top-spending entities, from interactive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) cards and charts.
Review payroll data across 29 fields, including gross wages, bonuses, commissions, allowances, employer costs, VAT, FX, and fees, all from a single employee details view.
Filter payroll data by date, invoice status, and currency with built-in multi-currency reporting to compare payroll information across countries and pay periods.
Export dashboard views or detailed payroll reports as Excel, CSV, or PDF files for finance reviews, audits, or stakeholder reporting.
