Atlas HXM has further enhanced its capability to provide the best working experiences for remote teams with the launch of the Expense Management module in its mobile apps for iOS and Android.
From February 29, global workers can easily manage their expenses claims on the go via Atlas HXM’ mobile app. Employees no longer have to keep track of expenses and receipts until they get time to submit them.
Through the Atlas HXM mobile apps, your team can now:
Create an expense request and attach necessary receipts
Submit expense requests for approval
View all submitted requests with updated status once reviewed by their manager
Download expense reports.
This launch comes as part of a wider enhancement of the Expense Management module within the Atlas HXM platform.
The newly introduced features provide a seamless and efficient way for managers to process, approve, pay, and monitor expense claims submitted by their international teams, reducing time spent on administrative tasks for clients' HR and payroll departments.
The Expense Management launch is just the latest in a series of developments on the Atlas HXM platform designed towards enhancing the working experience for global workers.
