Wayzim needed to quickly deploy talent in USA, Thailand, India, Ethiopia, South Korea and Philippines to support its business expansion and provide after-sales service in those new markets. Each market had its own business environment with different laws and regulations, leading to unexpected challenges and risks due to lack of knowledge in these new local markets.
In addition, sourcing overseas talent with the required industry experience in the niche field of intelligent logistics equipment proved to be challenging.
